Located in the quiet and tranquil town of Heidelberg (Gauteng), we border the picturesque Suikerbos Rand game reserve. Our over 300 strong labour force are fully versed in Customer Expectations and ISO Quality requirements.

Global Wheel (Pty) Ltd was initially established in 2005 with the merger of two well-known and reputable entities: Guestro Wheel Heidelberg and GuestrOTR Wheel Engineering (Pty) Ltd.

Our local OEM support to established businesses such as Bell Equipment, Dezzi’s, Toyota, Nissan, BAE Land Systems, Dorbyl DCD and Reva ICP remains unblemished, and as such has allowed us to expand intoother markets worldwide.

Global Wheel (Pty) Ltd has experienced exponential growth within the mining sector through working closely with tyre fitment agents such as: Tyre Corporation, Kal-Tire, Trentyre, MaxT Solutions and IMEX.

As our “CRADLE TO GRAVE” RIM MANAGEMENT concept continues to mature, so does our continued presence on the various MINING sites. Whether that be surface and/or underground. This incredible management system has ensured the establishment of a much higher level of safety standard and dramatically minimised the inherent dangers associated with inflated RIM and TYRE assemblies.

While our traditional “home base” is South Africa, our Rim Repair Facility in ZAMBIA will be fully operational by June 2013. Activities thereafter will be extended into the DRC. This will be complemented by a similar facility in GHANA (West Africa) towards the end of 2013.

Our NAMIBIAN facilities will be used for warehousing and rim inspections only. However we will use our prime location in Walvis Bay as a “spring board” into both WEST AFRICA and ANGOLA.

Likewise, MOZAMBIQUE and ZIMBABWE will be serviced by using strategic partnerships already developed and active in both respective countries.

Our traditional business to NORTH AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA and AUSTRALIA will continue to be supported by our ever growing sales team
